Shopee Express - Performance Management

Job Description:

• Assisting operation management to plan, strategise, and grow business by enabling data-driven decision-making
• Identify data performance visibilty opportunities which impact Quality, Productivity, Cost and Service
• Producing actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategies
• Serving as in-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to all stakeholders
• Manage reporting dashboard
• Ensure data support and availabilty for operation team
• Work closely with operations team and management team  

Requirements:

• At least has 5-6 years of experience in Express / Logistics company as Business Intelligence / Performance Management
• Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Systems or any related field
• Hard Skills: SQL, Python, Visual Basic, Power BI
• Excellent in data analytical skills
• Excellent communication skill (written and verbal) and presentation slides skill
• Good working knowledge of transport and delivery operation and e-commerce market
• Ability to make inferences from data and devise appropriate course of actions
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Care about learning new things and challenge the status quo to seek for improvement areas
• Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
• Willing to travel
