Shopee Express - Operations Training Implementation Lead

Job Description:

• Develop Learning Need Analysis (LNA) based on company needs
• Create Learning & People Development Program
• Monitor Operations Trainer in each province
• Ensure that the learning program runs well and gets the results that are in line with expectations
• Responsible for the training administration and report

Requirements: 

• At least a Bachelor degree from any major
• Have at least 5 years experience in handling end to end (training process Learning & Development at Express / Courier company).
• Understand and having experiences on implementing and managing 3PL in all level 
• Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
• Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
• Willing to travel
