Job Description:
- Develop Learning Need Analysis (LNA) based on company needs
- Create Learning & People Development Program and evaluate the process
- Manage Knowledge Management
- Ensure that the learning program runs well and gets the results that are in line with expectation
- Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
- Responsible for the training administration and report
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- Have at least 5 years experience in handling end to end training process (Learning & Development at Express / Courier company)
- Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
- Understand and having experiences on implementing and managing 3PL in all level
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
- Willing to travel
