Job Description:
- Provide analysis of Service Point Operations (quantitative & qualitative data) & propose solution or improvement
- Manage project / initiative implementation of Operation related project from end to end
- Manage stakeholders (Service Point Operations or cross Service Point divisions)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience as Data analyst / Project Management / Management Trainee or fresh graduate with at least internship experience
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Excellent with Ms. Excel / Google Sheets / Power Point / Google Slide
- Self-starter, high attention to details, & good with numbers
- Contract-based and will be placed in South Jakarta
