Shopee Express - Operation PMO

Job Description:

• Provide analysis of Service Point Operations (quantitative & qualitative data) & propose solution or improvement
• Manage project / initiative implementation of Operation related project from end to end
• Manage stakeholders (Service Point Operations or cross Service Point divisions)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year experience as Data analyst / Project Management / Management Trainee or fresh graduate with at least internship experience
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Excellent with Ms. Excel / Google Sheets / Power Point / Google Slide
• Self-starter, high attention to details, & good with numbers
• Contract-based and will be placed in South Jakarta
