Shopee Express - Hub Lead (Arut Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah)

Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure timely shipment of packages from first mile to last mile
• Coordinate between hubs, warehouses, line hauls, and 3PL regarding shipment
• Take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of packages being lost and damaged
• Monitor all transactions in the hub
• Supervise inbound and outbound activities
• Train and develop staff performance in hub

Persyaratan:

• At least a high school diploma, diploma or bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the related field
• Experienced as Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Experienced in Last Mile
• Understand planning, shipping, and warehousing
• Proficient in using Ms. Excel
• Domicile / willing to be placed in Arut Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah
