Shopee Express - Export Deputy Lead (Jakarta)

Job Description:

• Responsible for HSE implementation and ensure people safety within assigned Export Warehouse
• Leading and Managing day to day overall operations within assigned Export Warehouse
• To ensure operation team follow Company SOP & WI 
• Responsible to achieve KPI target that aligned with company goals and objectives
• To ensure daily report are sent within time frame
• Manage inventory and in charge for quarterly liquidation of stuck orders
• Request order cancellation for stuck orders

Requirements:

• At least has 2-3 years of experiences in Express Company / Logistics Company, and managing cross border activities
• At least a Bachelor degree from any major, transportation major is preferable 
• Excellent knowledge on express / courier transport cross border operations, project management, people management, problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred)
• Good communication skill and possess an excellent team leadership skill
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Understand and having experiences on operating Transport / Freight Management System (TMS / FMS)
• Willing to travel across Indonesia
• Placement located in Jakarta
