Shopee Express - Cost Control Lead

Job Description:

• Profit and loss management; track actual cost realization vs. budget; 
• Work with relevant stakeholders for cost reduction initiatives
• Maintain all cost control process (Asset, WFM, Vehicle & Linehaul) in all province / hub level

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 6 years of experience in e-Commerce / Logistic / Finance Operation
• Experience in handling project management, financial analyst and finance management (CFA certified is preferred)
• Understand and have the experience on implementing and running Financial Management system (SAP, oracle, etc)
• Excellent in problem solving & analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skill are preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Sunter / Cakung)
