Shopee Express - Budgeting and Planning, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

Responsibilities:

• Build overall financial & budget projections for Shopee Express
• Monitor and analyze overall profit & loss, revenue structure and cost driver 
• Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate deeply on analysis and execution
• Provide ad-hoc support/analysis on critical projects/initiatives
• Conduct competitive benchmarking with global peers, analyzing annual reports and other public information

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy & analytics, financial planning, management consulting, or investment banking in start-ups or Fortune 500 companies. 
• Previous relevant industry experience is a big plus
• Solid data management and excel spreadsheet skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and data-driven decision making process
