Shopee Express - Automation Project Specialist

Job Description:

• Design, model, validate and optimize the operational model for Automatic Sorting systems
• Produce business case and design specification for Automation Sorting initiatives
• Keep track of budget implementation
• Validate business case against actual implementation on the field

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering / Business Management / Economics or have equivalent practical experience
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in Management Consulting role and partly in an International setting
• Experience in a Logistics or FMCG company and understands its cost driver
• Highly proficient in Spreadsheet Modelling, preferable in work load calculation (Ms. Excel)
• Highly analytical with data driven mentality and have a good communication skill
• Able to work independently and learn quickly in a high pace team environment
