Shopee Express - Automation Project

Job Description:

• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of multiple projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress as well as manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Create, maintain comprehensive project documentation and report/escalate to management as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from reputable university (relevant major) or equivalent work experience
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  Strong working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project or other Project Management Tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
