Settlement Specialist

- Responsible for daily transaction
- Cross-checking existing data
- Pre-matching with bank custody and Investment Manager
- Responsible for reporting and documentation as needed
- Ensure the investment guideline stated in the Collective Investment Contract (CIC) / Operating Memorandum/ agreements on each fund is applied accordingly
- Ensure OJK and/or any related regulation are applied to the fund
- Ensure monitor and checking all the related compliance monitoring based on the OJK and/or associated regulations are performed accordingly
- Monthly report to OJK and management
- Maintain good relationships and develop a high level of service to the client
- Bachelor's degree in Capital Market (priority), Management, or Finance
- 1 year of experience in Operations/Settlement, Selling Agent (APERD), Custodian Bank, Securities, and Investment Manager will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of the S-Invest system
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Have good communication and analytical thinking skills
- Licensed in WAPERD is preferred
- Strong skill in Ms. Excel is preferred
- Willing to do hybrid working arrangement (WFO & WFH)
