Working within these functional departments, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the diverse array of businesses under our umbrella.

Job Description :

1. Supervise and manage our service technicians to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.

2. Oversee the maintenance and operational area of our customers, ensuring that their needs are promptly addressed.

3. Support and enhance the performance of service technicians through effective guidance and training.

4. Prepare detailed reports for customers regarding the services they receive, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agrotechnology, Environmental Health, Entomology, Biology. This educational background is essential as it provides the foundational knowledge necessary for understanding the complexities of our field and effectively addressing the challenges we face.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, which will ensure the candidate is familiar with industry practices and can contribute meaningfully to our projects.
  • Able to travel as needed and must hold a valid driving license, as the role may require mobility to various locations for assessments and project implementation.
  • Good communication skills are a must, as the candidate will be required to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients, along with making informed decisions in a timely manner.
  • Having leadership skills is crucial; the ideal candidate should be able to inspire and guide a team, demonstrate initiative, and take responsibility for project outcomes.
  • Willing to work in Samarinda; the position will be based in this location, and the candidate must be prepared for local work conditions and cultural dynamics.
