HAUD provides mobile network operators with a complete service to safeguard A2P revenues and enhance network security. This opportunity is in the Service Delivery Centre as a Service Delivery Agent. In this role you will be tasked with ensuring proper monitoring control and reporting of HAUD’s customers’ traffic. The main purpose of the 24/7 Service Delivery Team is to ensure effectiveness in the solutions and services provided by HAUD and deliver on promised targets and SLAs. Role and Responsibilities
- Perform regular tasks and spot checks following the 24x7x365 Roster
- Collect data for analysis and reports
- Create reports using Microsoft Applications
- Monitoring and analysis of messaging traffic and helping in SMS fraud detection and prevention
- Teams Collaboration:Work with teams across departments (operations and Technology) to provide data-driven insights
- Data Analysis: Using Excel & BI Dashboards to analyze datasets and uncover insights
- Hands on with MS applications, particularly basic skills in MS Excel
- Background/Knowledge in Telecommunication/IT specifically A2P (Application to Person) SMS is highly preferred
- Previous experience in business operations/customer service or support role will be considered an asset
- Able to perform shift work duties 24x7 Monday to Sunday and public holidays and flexible to cover shifts if required
- Key characteristics: multitasking, resourcefulness, self-motivated, ability to learn new things
- Certifications:
- English Educational background or a Course/Certification is mandatory
- Computing (Educational/Professional) Certification is highly preferred
