We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Service Capability Executive - Operations to join our expanding team. The position supports the development and execution of initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and people capability across branches. The role focuses on implementing service management processes, monitoring compliance, supporting training programs, and coordinating improvement projects in line with business and regulatory.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Service Process & Performance Support
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of service management processes at branch level.
- Track operational KPIs, identify gaps, and escalate improvement opportunities.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for service capability initiatives.
Capability Building & Training
- Support the development, updating, and delivery of training materials related to service and operations.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities for Service Technicians and Supervisors.
- Collect feedback and monitor training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
Audit & Compliance Monitoring
- Conduct branch visits to monitor service process adherence and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in route rides with Service Technicians and Supervisors to observe service delivery and client experience.
- Prepare audit observations and reports, highlighting areas for corrective actions.
Project & Initiative Support
- Assist in managing projects and programs assigned for service and operations capability development.
- Gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and support solution development for operational improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of capability initiatives.
- Support communication and reporting requirements to management regarding progress, risks, and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum Degree holder in any field.
- Experience in Operations and service industries will be an added advantage.
- Computer skill is essential (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Video Editing).
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and writing skills especially in English.
- Mature, very proactive, result oriented, has good drive, can work under pressure.
- Can manage multiple tasks and deliver according to given deadlines.
- Required to travel to the branches throughout Malaysia.
- Must be mobile and have own transport.
Highly Desirable:
- Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
- Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
