Role Description
Glints Cross-border (HR services) is looking for a dedicated and skilled SEO Specialist to join our Cross Border Marketing Team, which base in Jakarta.
This role will report directly to a Senior Marketing Associate and with the mission to manage the content team to enhance the online visibility and search ranking regarding our 3 key services (1)Offshore Hiring, (2) Employer of Record (EoR) | Outsourcing Service, and (3)Professional Employer Organization (PEO) | Payroll thereby driving qualified traffic and increasing lead generation to our target B2B clients.

3. Key requirements
- Around 2-3 year proven SEO experience in keyword strategy and optimizing SEO content for B2B clients
- Good command of English (nature of work require work closely with regional team)
- Hands-on experience with SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics
- Open & collaborative, detailed-oriented, strong analytical skills with ability to work well independently
- Have SEO experience in global market is a plus point (US and Australian, Hong Kong, Singapore markets)

- Generally, the SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing our web content and structure according to the latest SEO standards and best practices, ensuring that our services are prominently displayed. This role acts as subject matter expert for all SEO strategy-to-execution endeavors, collaborating closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to achieve measurable results in search engine performance.
- Optimize Website and Content (20%): Increase organic search (on-page and off-page) traffic and boost the visibility and drive a measurable increase of our Glints TalentHub services, ensuring top rankings and visibility across key markets.
- Keyword Research and Strategy (20%): Conduct thorough keyword research to identify and target strategic keywords that attract the right B2B audience, optimizing our content to meet these demands.
- SEO Analytics and Performance Tracking (20%): Regularly audit and optimize the website to improve SEO health indicators like page speed, mobile-friendliness, and error resolution, making data-driven decisions to continuously refine our strategies (Google Analytics and SEMrush).
- Support in boosting high-quality leads via SEO (20%): Implement targeted SEO strategies to generate organic leads that are more likely to convert into clients for Glints Talenthub services
- Collaborate Across Teams (10%): Partner with content, tech, and commercial teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital content and platforms, ensuring a unified approach to our global SEO initiatives.
- Develop and implement a link building strategy (10%): Create and execute a link-building plan to enhance domain authority and referral traffic and continuously monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies based on analytics to optimize results and maintain competitiveness in search rankings
