Your main duties
- Working closely with Product Designers and Product Managers.
- You can passionately identify and understand user needs, behaviours and motivations.
- Able to working in cross-functional team.
- Bravely to take on the challenge of pushing the boundaries of applied research, combining qualitative and quantitative research to create the best user experience.
- Be able to arrange project planning, such as defining the users by creating screeners, recruiting participants, defining personas, identifying tasks for usability testings.
- Be qualified to plan, moderate, analyze and report every research.

- Have experience in UX/UI field or research field min. 2 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, psychology or any related areas or has experience in market or user research.
- Strong understanding, empathy, and sense about users.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and observation skills.
- Motivated, high curiosity, dynamic and result-oriented.
