Therefore, to support Xfers' growth & expansion, we are looking to bring on a talent acquisition specialist to be based in Indonesia to take on our tech recruitment. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines for our technical roles and manage the full recruitment cycle across Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam & possibly other countries.

What you'll be doing
- Building and hiring a team of recruiters for our engineering or product management family
- Enforce hiring processes to ensure that your team is successful
- Conduct regular review sessions to ensure that the team is able to deliver in accordance with their hiring plans and targets
- Ensure that the entire candidate hiring journey is well thought out.
- Able to understand and articulate and report hiring numbers to upper management.
How you will be able to make an impact in this role
- Work with our hiring managers in the capacity of a Talent Acquisition Partner and advisor in all areas of the recruitment cycle
- Ensure that all candidates experience an application process reflective of our Xfers culture, mission & values
- Support our Xfers employer value proposition to our current/new employees by delivering on our recruitment goals and the opportunity to work with top, highly driven, motivated colleagues
- Managing a highly motivated team by means of mentoring, coaching, and development of our talent acquisition family career path
- Have a genuine interest in speaking to candidates and bringing talent on board to grow our organization.
What we're looking for
- You have at least 2 years of proven experience with creatively sourcing talent in tech or startup companies, or working in a recruitment agency handling tech hires
- You have at least 1 year of managing a team of recruiters, and understand various processes that need to be in place to ensure that a team is successful
- Hands-on experience with managing full-cycle recruitment, and creating a comprehensive training program to ensure that the team is able to meet its hiring objectives and targets.
- You are a data-driven individual in terms of managing a team's performance and working with management and hiring managers to manage expectations
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, empathy to connect with candidates, and stakeholder management with hiring managers
- Flexible and proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
