Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute stores expansion strategies and plans, aligning with the company’s business plan and target
Conduct research and gather data to identify customer needs and surrounded market analysis
Explore and decide on locations for opening new stores
Arrange meetings with relevant stakeholders (developer, building management, etc.), discuss, and negotiate contracts for the company
Ensure the dealing process is smooth
Assist in opening new stores
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing stakeholders
Visiting sites as required

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 4 years of relevant working experience
Excellent knowledge of the retail industry
Able to identify opportunities and solve problems
Organized and efficient in daily tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
