The Reporting team was established to solve our customer’s pain in reconciling their internal transactions. Providing accurate, fast, and reliable information inside the reports would be the main focus of the team. You will be challenged to establish a system that can solve all those problems while maintaining scalability and performance. How can we generate reports that contain tens of millions of rows, how can we generate reports for hundreds of thousands of customers, these are the questions that need to be answered by the reporting team. Other than solving for scale, you will also be responsible for the customer experience for reporting. Making sure that our customers are able to get information promptly, seamlessly and accurately will be your top priority.
