Requirements (Education Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
- Minimum 3 years of SEO experience working on apps and websites, demonstrating ability to execute and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading e-commerce will be an advantage
- Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices for websites in different languages (re: URL structure, hreflang tags, Search Console indexing, etc)
- Deep technical expertise of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Botify, GetStat, etc) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with previous experience structuring and performing complex analysis in the digital marketing space to drive efficient growth
- Self starter with exceptional creativity,business acumen, data driven, and growth-minded with the ability to influence parties across a matrixed organization
- Experience navigating business organizations, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating optimal solutions across all parties
