About the team:

Our Commercial Team is committed to engaging with new customers, ensuring their seamless onboarding experience, and growing our existing customers by building strategic long-term relationships. By offering personalized support and tailored solutions, our Commercial team empowers customers to fully leverage the power of Aspire and achieve their business goals.

About the role:

  • Work with local sales leadership and regional enablement leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs, including the delivery of new hire bootcamps and role-based onboarding programs
  • Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, following through with deliverable owners, driving proactive stakeholder communications, and tracking program KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across a regional, matrixed environment to support the needs of the business
  • Deliver trainings on sales methodology and sales processes
  • Provide coaching on sales calls and demos
  • Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in the planning and execution of sales training events
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team, addressing queries, and offering guidance on sales enablement resources and tools.
  • Build a strong relationship with the sales organization and be perceived as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and product updates to create relevant and impactful sales enablement content.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales enablement function, including managing calendars and scheduling training
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and sales enablement resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; Sales, business, and marketing majors preferred.
  • Client Facing Experience in a sales, presales or customer success required
  • Experience facilitating virtual workshops via Google Meets and use of the breakout room, whiteboard and polling features
  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional facilitation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience with LMS and CMS or other similar tools
  • Experience with learning tools
  • Prior experience in sales productivity, training, sales, pre-sales, sales enablement
