Jitera, inc. is a startup company from Japan that makes software to automate the development of mobile and web applications. Our product can be called as No-Code, Low-Code, and code generator. By using our product, customers can develop a software 10 times faster.

Our business is growing steadily, so we are expanding the frontend engineer team to further grow Jitera's automation product (No-Code, Low-Code, and code generator).

Minimum qualification

• You can agree with our vision and can act with our value
• 3 years Experience in software quality assurance, at least 2 years experience in Web automation testing if work in automation team.
• Experience in Mobile App testing, Web Development and Enterprise Software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Working independently with high priority and high recommended spirit Own it
• High responsibility and think about the quality of the product.

Preferred qualification

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience in automation tools in JavaScript/TypeScript (Ex: WebdriverIO, Playwright, Protractor, etc.).
• Strong skills in working with selectors (CSS Selector, XPath) and working with DevTool Chrome in debugging.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing
• Experience in working as software engineer
• Experience in working as project (or product) manager
• Experience in writing unit test or E2E test

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test scenarios and test cases
• Prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Identify and unearth issues in the early stage of development
• Reproduce issues from production and track until closure
• Create and maintain test artifacts
• Perform thorough regression testing when issues are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing projects to meet client needs
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Maintain a healthy environment, communicate with Engineers and Manager
• Work in multiple projects and teams
• Learn new products quickly

Work condition

• Full remote. You can work from all over the world. Of course, you can also work from your home. Our office is on "Gather", on the internet, so we can see and talk there.
• Full flextime system. You can work anytime in your timezone, but you need to attend regular team and company meetings.
• Can have the option to work part-time during the probation as a second job if you recently have a full-time job
