About the Role 

You will work directly with the Head of Strategy and Programs  and collaborate closely with the Head of GoTo Academy. The role of Senior Program Manager is to design, plan, execute and evaluate programs in line with the Foundation’s goal to create Future Ready Talent. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation, processes, systems and monitoring and evaluation of Generasi GIGIH as a program that can be easily scaled, both in depth and breadth. It will be your responsibility to drive collaboration between all internal and external parties involved in order to prioritize, schedule and deliver programs. 

What You Will Do

  • Holistic program design and execution from an ecosystem perspective. Research the ecosystem of the program to fully understand issues that all the stakeholders face. Identify and manage relationships with potential partners for the program from an ecosystem angle to enhance the program’s impact.
  • Manage, execute and track program critical tasks and communicate blockers to peer groups and develop effective strategies for achieving key program goals.
  • Define and maintain processes/tools within the program's scope (team dashboards, process tools, etc.)
  • Successfully work in partnership with cross-functional partner teams to deliver programs and develop strong relationships across stakeholders.
  • Understand agreed-upon quality metrics for programs and how to maintain them. Maintain & develop knowledge repository of programs with a focus on sustainability, communication & monitoring and evaluation.
  • Apply data understanding to answer questions, validate assumptions and measure success for defined program goals and improvements.
  • Use measurement and analytics effectively to bring closure to the program.
  • Articulate the impact of the program both to internal and external stakeholders with partnership with the Corporate Affairs Team.

What You Will Need

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management / project management.
  • Knowledge, background and passion in tech education.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing complex programs end to end. 
  • Excellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills with a strong emphasis on written and spoken communications.
  • Having the ability to think strategically and willingness to be hands on to make things happen.
