The role:
The Codapay Payout Senior product Manager will develop a new Payout service including feature discovery and development execution while overseeing a talented team of engineers. 

As a member of our team, your responsibilities include:

  • Product Success: Define the feature scope, OKRs, and phased roadmap for Payout service and drive business value through publisher adoption and continuous feedback loops. 
  • Key Contact Point: Serve as the central point of contact to business stakeholders, engineering and other customers both within and outside the organization for all things payout related.
  • Cross collaboration: Drive measurable business impact working closely with our Engineering,  International businesses, Treasury, Finance, and other teams.
  • Subject Matter Expert: optimize, grow and reinforce the discipline of our product development processes, from roadmap and feature definition to sprint reviews. Continuously incentivise your team to  build-measure-learn and set an experimentation powerhouse.  
  • Opportunities Lead: Identify and evaluate new and arising Publishers and Payment Partners opportunities & challenges, and build solutions from top-level goals to detailed operational and system details.  

Requirements

  • +5 years experience in digital product management in the payment space, working with dominant globally established product lines with audience, reach, and revenue in the millions. Experience with APMs, hosted or aggregate payment services, digital wallets and/or card scheme/card processor preferred. 
  • A track record of successfully shipping user facing and/or API products against clearly defined success metrics within the Payments and Fraud/Risk areas.
  • Prior experience managing high performing teams that consistently win.
  • Outcome focused, constantly seeking and identifying the most impactful opportunities, with clear and consistent principles for prioritization that maximize ROI. Detail oriented and data driven, with the skill to quickly recognize the right metric for the right scenario.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex requirements to both technical and business audiences both small and large. 
  • Creative problem solver, ready to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether testing acceptance criteria or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration. Passionate about continuous product improvements through rapid experimentation & iteration, and optimization cycles.
