We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to build the next generation of podcast advertising at Spotify. Our enterprise podcast hosting platform, Megaphone, currently supports a multi-million dollar advertising business. You will work to build contextual and brand safety solutions for our advertisers and publishers. You will partner closely with data science, product marketing, and engineering to determine where our customer needs are for further innovation and development.
What you'll do
- Own the brand safety and contextual targeting strategy for Megaphone!
- Build and launch new products used by both publishers and advertisers.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product insights, and business partners.
- Enhance and maintain existing brand safety and contextual products.
- Collaborate with business and R&D partners as well as, other product teams to identify and drive opportunities for improved revenue and user experience.
Who you are
- You are experienced in product management roles, building and launching successful online products.
- You know how to partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to drive success.
- Built advertising products or have expertise in the ad tech domain.
- Bonus points if you have experience building contextual and/or audience products.
- You can synthesize a strategy, build a product roadmap, and are dedicated to executing to achieve your business goals.
- You are comfortable facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams, including partners, and know how to encourage and empower teams to get things done.
- You have sound business judgment as well as the ability to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize.
- You have strong written and oral communications skills, and can clearly communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- You have experience with data-driven product development and knowledge of agile methodologies.

The United States base range for this position is $134,481 - $192,116, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
