Senior Product Manager

Quadrant is a global leader in mobile location data, point-of-interest (POI) data, and corresponding compliance services. We map and authenticate geospatial data so, our customers and partners can leverage reliable and authentic information to derive actionable insights and solve real-world issues.

We are looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our growing team to lead our point-of-interest (POI) data collection app called Geolancer. You are going to help us design, build and develop big impact products and features that improve user/customer experience. This role will be responsible for setting and implementing the growth strategy, influencing and driving change across many key stakeholders, improving processes to scale with high business growth.

The successful candidate should be a collaborative leader. She/He should be self-starter, high-energy with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of our point-of-interest(POI) data collection product, called Geolancer.
• Communicate product vision for the assigned product lines to senior management and various stakeholders
• Lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution of new and existing product/feature developments from concept to launch, including data analysis and reporting.
• Make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful products and features
• Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external stakeholders, writing specifications, manuals, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
• Provide regular status update reporting on deliverables, identify any potential risks and highest impact work, and communicate it clearly to the team on regular basis
• Build metrics/reports to monitor the performance of our product line and continuously improve customer experience
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the internal teams

• Proven track record of 3-5 years of work experience in product management
• Intense customer focus
• Highly analytical skill set with aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation
• Must have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving fast to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to influence
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment with minimum supervision
• Ability to think out of box solutions to deliver best customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or MBA Degree preferred
• Knowledge in any of the following would be a plus:
• GIS
• AWS / GCP
• Location algorithms
• Artificial Intelligence
• Big data frameworks like PySpark, Apache Spark framework
