Senior Product Manager

Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital financing platform in Southeast Asia. We are licensed in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and registered in Malaysia. We are backed by Sequoia India and Softbank Ventures Asia Corp amongst many others and provides business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which is crowdfunded by individual and institutional investors.

We are looking for a Product Manager for our fast-growing Product team. Our ideal teammate would have experience developing and launching products in a fast-paced environment. We are building universal products for the Southeast Asian market, so a deep passion for the user-experience and localization is key! You're comfortable managing through influence, and are energized by cross-functional environments.

What You Will Do

• Developing new fintech products, as well as iterating upon existing products
• Managing go-to-market for new products, including messaging & launch plans
• Leading a cross-functional team of engineers & designers to bring the most user-centric products to our investors, borrowers or internal users
• Ensuring the products and system built are functioning accordingly
• Prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction
• Managing a P&L associated with your Product
  

• Conceptualization & execution of growth/experience strategies to deliver against key Product metrics
• Product specs for feature and development: stakeholders will contribute, but you decide what gets shipped
• Ability to prioritize products in your roadmap and executing delivery into production
• Enable training for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximal product utilization
• User persona development, which would inform strategy & specs
  

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience/passion of driving products from concept to implementation
• Enjoy working across cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on manifesting best user experiences
• A lean mindset and customer-centric/problem-based view
