What Will You Do?

Refine our product, come up with low and high fidelity mockups and validate your design decisions to our users—iterate, deliver, and document. Basically, help us create a state-of-the-art experience for our Live Class, Automated Doubt Solving and Practice features that will benefit Indonesian students from Sabang to Merauke.

• Work on the overall user experiences in Live Class, Tanya, and Practice.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the Product Design team (yes, our design team has a say in product prioritization and strategy meetings).
• Gather insights from our users, testing out your assumptions and designs in usability testing and participate in user research with our Customer Insights team.
• Work closely with our global team of engineers, Product Managers, UX writers, and fellow designers in identifying and strategizing CoLearn’s area of growth.
• Use data to back your design decisions.
• Translate often ambiguous problems into a clear, user-friendly product.

About You:

• A senior level product designer with minimum 5 years of experience (for Senior Product Designer)
• A problem solver at heart and is obsessed with our users.
• A designer with a strong UX and UI portfolio that demonstrates problem solving skill, showcases your design and thought process.
• Organized and love to document all your designs, interaction models and UI specifications.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment, able to deal with ambiguity, and excited to drive projects forward.
• Ready to defend your design, but humble enough to receive constructive feedback.
• Data and outcome driven.
