What you will do but not limited to:

• Identify, acquire and deals potential contract farming and/or farming partners in Agribusiness especially in Rice Cultivation and/or Livestock industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders (e.g Agroinputs suppliers) to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
• Oversee operational farming both in the field and off the field.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase productivity of yields and/or livestock.

• Collaborate with farmers and agricultural experts to develop customized farming plans.
• Achieve targets of contract farming volume and maintaining targeted P&L to identify opportunities for business growth
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Agronomy/Animal Husbandry and/or any related field.

• Min 7 years of proven experience in Sales and/or Partnership with strong exposure and network in agribusiness especially in Rice Cultivation, Poultry and Livestock Management, and/or Horticulture.
• Excellent strategy, sales & partnership, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with farmers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and a commitment to promote sustainable agriculture.
