The main responsibility of the Senior Partnership Specialist is to identify and engage with potential partner brands, recognizing the potential opportunities for collaboration between Moladin and other parties through a barter model. The objective of such cooperation is to achieve brand awareness, generate leads, and drive transactions as the ultimate goal. Strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of the business barter model are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Create a pipeline to gather a list of potential partnership opportunities and initiate contact with them.
- Develop proposals and negotiate with potential partners to ensure that the needs of all parties are met.
- Conduct negotiations regarding the barter value scheme.
- Arrange meetings with partners to discuss goals and objectives, and brainstorm ways to leverage the brand assets of both parties in order to meet the needs of each.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in partnership and campaign marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Proficient in presentation skills and familiar with working using presentation and Excel files.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate partnership opportunities and drive results.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
