Senior Market Manager - Productivity & Connectivity

Job Description

• Manage a team of connectivity 
• Develop & maintain core connectivity products
• Encourage other product teams to make their products available for connectivity partners via an API.  
• Translate business needs into business opportunities that can be executed in small steps and prioritize them according to business value and impact.
• Able
• Handling clients’ questions on the product, implementation, and support of the API within an SLA time frame
• Handle implementation and certification processes for new clients
• Occasionally, work along during off-hours to understand and connect with development related issues with the API
• Work with various teams to ensure projects are pushed forward and completed
• Work on knowledge-based and understand articles to help troubleshoot client issues
• Oversee delivery of support requests and find areas to optimize
• Manage & oversee global chains & hotels onboarding utilizing switchers

Requirements

• Well knowledge and understanding of API, XML, and JSON is required
• IT background with expertise in OTA minimum 4 years
• Familiar with API design/development best practices and hospitality technology industry standards
• Strong commercial focus and prioritization skills
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders
• Fluent in English is required, other language is an advantage
• Excellent in problem-solving with clear logic and creative thinking
• Embraces challenges with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and across diverse teams, regions, and time zones
• Ability to work coordinate resources efficiently and effectively between diverse teams
• Effective organizational, presentation, and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to interface with people across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
