Responsibilities

• Developing a Comprehensive & Structured Learning Program for Head Office Employees, especially for the Tech & Product Team
• Developing Curriculum & Learning Module 
• Developing a Reinforcement Program to ensure a learning program can impact performance
• Good knowledge in Instructional design
• Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS)

The qualifications that you must have

• Experience 2-5 years in the Technology Company
• Have a Portfolio of modules/project
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English would be a plus point
• Willingness to take initiative and fast-learner
• Communicative and enjoys working in teams
