About the Role

Supporting Head of Internal Comms in actualizing Gojek’s objective of becoming a powerful global brand and world-class workplace through excellent internal communications practices and programs and interdepartmental collaboration that inform and engage employees at all levels.

What success looks like:
- Increased employee satisfaction toward Gojek internal communications practices and transparent culture
- Improved information intake and engagement
- Measurement tools: eNPS score, HR/PAC employee survey, townhall surveys, and focus group discussion results


What You Will Do

  • Responsible for helping to manage HQ Internal Comms Center of Excellence in close coordination with Head of Internal Comms, including but not limited to:
  • Ensuring standardization of internal comms metrics across all Gojek business units in all operating countries through the development of internal policies/playbooks
  • Executive comms including emails and departmental townhall support, plus local internal campaigns and other comms, as well as amplification of global comms/campaigns (global campaigns, anniversary, etc.)
  • Coordination with all corporate and PDG functions on the development of internal comms content for distribution on internal comms channels (e.g., business round-ups, organizational programs/announcements, town halls, etc.)
  • Internal channel and content development, management, monitoring, evaluation, and content development through channel innovation and optimization, namely oversight of Life at Gojek email account management, Zoom, Slido, Slack, plus a new intranet project
  • Supporting India Internal Comms in coordination with Internal Comms Lead for India and India leadership, including but not limited to: India townhall narrative and talking points, Head of India emails and year-end message, Senior organizational announcements, Special projects (anniversary, etc.) 
  • Coordinating with international markets on internal comms through close collaboration with International Comms
  • Assisting with high-level special projects that are urgent in nature (e.g., rebranding, crisis, etc.)
  • Main stakeholders: Chief People Officer HR/PAC teams on employee engagement and communication initiatives, Chief Information Security and Chief Information Officer and their teams for comms, channel assessment, and technical support, Head of India and India senior leadership team and senior People Partners, other Corporate Affairs teams: Chief of Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, International Comms, Strategy, etc, other senior leadership (head of product, head of the function; PDG and corporate).
  • Select PICs from PDG and corporate teams

What You Will Need

  • Excellent English and native Bahasa (written and spoken), as determined through Gojek written assessment and interview
  • At least 7 years of experience in comms or related area
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation, project management, and people engagement skills; managing up capability; multitasking proficiency; vendor management; crisis experience; and alignment to a fast-paced speed of business
  • Challenges: managing senior stakeholders; assisting with high-level special projects; developing company comms with short runways and multiple stakeholder involvement/approvals; continuing to build on an Internal Comms foundation for Gojek
