Job Description
- Conducting research on the latest trends and issues in the industry and developing process design, while ensuring the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives
- Creating audit plan schedule, approach and procedures, also preparing and performing audit through observations, hosting interviews and review of physical and electronic records
- Evaluating the adequacy of process design, and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives
- Providing practical and value-added recommendations in the creation or modification of policies, procedures, processes, or products
- Monitoring corrective actions taken on audit recommendations across all business units
Job Requirements
- Candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 years working as a Audit Officer
- Required to have a bachelor degree in Management or Economics, and has a thorough understanding of accounting and its principles, policies and standards as well.
- The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while demonstrating exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Is able to demonstrate good decision making skills, and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- It’s preferable if the candidate has experience leading his or her own team.
- Lastly, candidate must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
