At Glints, we care deeply about making sure our people are on the right bus and the right seat. We’re on the lookout for a HR/People Operations Senior Manager to join our People team in Indonesia.
You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to help build up a world-class People team that can acquire, develop and retain exceptional A-players for Glints. This role will also focus on people management and process/operational excellence, in addition to individual talent acquisition and people operations duties.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage (build, guide, develop and lead) a high-performing People Operations team to deliver on team outcomes
- Drive team productivity and results through a focus on process and operational excellence, and manage the local implementation of regional HR systems and processes
- Be a trusted strategic partner and consultant to relevant senior stakeholders
- Assist with regional projects as needed

Who Are We Looking For
- Must have minimally 5 years of experience in Human Resources Operations
- Must have minimally 2 years of experience in leading teams
- Have various background experiences encompassing different HR functions, i.e. in Recruitment, Operations, etc
- Must have a good understanding of Indonesia local employment law compliance
- A good command of English (spoken and written)
- Have experience in handling payroll & Indonesia’s taxes would be preferred
- Have experience working in a company with regional presence would be preferred
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organized
- Process- and systems-oriented
