Job Descriptions:
• Ensure effective daily HR Operations processes, activities and initiatives from onboard to offboard
• Carry out Employee Database, Employee Administration, compensation and benefit, and or payroll processing
• Manage HR data and present weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure that all HR Operation activities run based on company policies, company regulations and government regulations
• Address and answer employee questions and needs related to administration, policies and procedures.
• Make continuous improvements necessary for effectiveness purposes
Job Requirements:
• Min. D3 graduate or equivalent
• Min. 3 years experience in the field of Human Resources Operations
• Have initiative, innovative, accustomed to working and coordinating digitally
• Have good communication skills and collaborate with all parties including C-Level
• Understand the functions and be skilled in using Microsoft Office
• Understand the functions and be skilled in using HRMS
