As a Senior Growth Marketing and Communication Officer, you will be pivotal in driving growth strategies and enhancing our brand presence in the digital landscape. This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to execute marketing campaigns that not only engage but also convert our target audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.
Your responsibilities but not limited to:
- Design and implement innovative growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing tactics and identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive communication plans that enhance brand visibility and reinforce our market position.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure a unified approach in reaching and engaging customers.
- Leverage digital marketing platforms and tools to optimize campaign performance and boost ROI.
- Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, improving engagement through various digital channels.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance collaboration and achieve campaign goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, communication, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or digital industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
