We’re looking for a SeniorGrowth Manager, Monetization to join our Growth team, to own and optimize platform monetization capabilities (value capture) by co-creating the strategy with the product, commercial, and growth organizations.. This person is accountable for monetizable user and LTV growth by initiating cross-functional initiatives with respective teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafted platform monetization strategy based on company and commercial strategy to increase monetizable users and user lifetime value
- Defined and optimized key input metrics by recruiting members for cross-functional working group
- Discover platform monetization opportunities through data and insights gathering
- Creating 6-12 months roadmap and get buy-in pilot/experiment validation
- Built system and process to scale the method across teams and product lines

Who We Are Looking For
- Min. 5 years of experience, at least 2 years in optimizing platform monetization/revenue growth (online platform)
- Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to take a consultative and data-driven analytical approach to solve complex problems (comfortable with high level of ambiguity)
- “Roll your sleeves” leadership, passion, proactive, and influencing skills
- Project manager who can work with multiple key partners across the company to execute core strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in presenting data, insights, modeling and recommendations to senior executives.
