Senior Financial Planning & Analysis

- Analyzes current and past trends in company’s financials; monitor expenses actual vs budget, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Support monthly business review processes, including preparation of consolidated expenses reports and analysis
- Prepare expense reports on a monthly basis including the fluctuation analysis and variance analysis against budget
- Work closely with finance and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to do an analysis and execution
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Support management team and the Head of Department with data-driven analysis
- Bachelor’s degree with min. of 4 years of working experience
- Preferably have past experience in working with XERO and GAccon
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong fluency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Able to demonstrate ability to understand and analyze problems and be proactive in giving proposals for improvement
- Possess a positive working attitude, and the ability to work independently
