Responsibility

Prepare and manage consolidation journal and FS and prepare group cash flow.
Review submission of FS and accuracy of financial breakdown from subsidiaries and associates. Ensure accuracy in the compilation of source data and analysis and follow up to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation.
In charge of account closing for holding entities.
Coordinates with relevant entities’ accountants and Finance Operation Team for timely financial reporting. Liaise with Group Auditors for the annual audit report.
Assist in preparing monthly proforma consolidated FS, support for improving workflow and process, and assist in drafting and implementing corporate policy. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

MSC or BSC in Accounting/ACCA
Minimum 3 years of consolidation experience and working in group finance or prior audit experiences for a group of companies.
Advance excels skill is essential and better to have knowledge of SAP and excel Macro.
Meticulous with strong analytical skills, proactive and initiative
Fast learner who is willing to learn IFRS standards.
Effective oral and written communication skills in English. Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
