We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

The Role
To drive and oversee all marketing operations and mainly responsible for developing Love, Bonito’s vision to life. Directly reporting to the Country’s Country Head, you will act as a pivotal role for driving Love, Bonito’s expansion and telling our story across our major platforms and communication channels, primarily, e-commerce, retail stores, social media, paid & organic marketing, events & activations and customer relations. Managing 3 key Marketing Pillars: Community & PR, Campaign and Growth you will play a pivotal role in the positioning of Love, Bonito’s brand in Indonesia. Reporting directly to you will play a key role in building our brand presence and growing our business in this exhilarating phase.
Main Responsibilities :
Company Key Player and Revenue Owner of Own-Website
- Create long-term plan, market research, revenue build out and implementation proposal for growth and expansion of own website performance.
- Improve and maintain own website revenue.
- Identify key gaps and opportunities on own website and build a clear plan to improve it.
- Identifying key priorities, KPIs and projects that would be meaningful the improvement of the channel.
- Take ownership and be the project manager of any own website related projects.
- Drive own website customer acquisition and retention through tactical strategies.
- Build P&L, monitor investments and profitability of new initiatives to aid in e-commerce growth.
- Conduct weekly and monthly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and come up with improvements and action points for future campaigns.
Maintain Operations and Growth of Own Website
- Drive own website growth by collaborating with Product, Marketing, Merchandising and Operations teams to constantly optimise with scalable improvements.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the day-to-day operation.
- Managing and overseeing end-to-end onsite operations and performance from new product launches until checkout, Special Landing Page, About Us page and FAQ.
- Collaborate with Merchandising team to improve sorting logic and product / category / business line listing structure and replenishment model.
- Identify key gaps on the shopping journey, initiate product improvement and be the key PIC to liaise with HQ Product team for developments.
- Increase customer satisfaction by collaborating with Customer Care & Commerce team for customer assistance and Operations team for Order Fulfilment.
Requirements & Experiences :
- Min. 4 years of experience in related work fields preferably e-commerce/ digital company/ advertising agencies that have a fast-paced working environment.
- BA/ BS degree in business or marketing or other related fields.
- High analytical, numerate and proficient in Excel and Google sheet.
- Great project management and superior communicator.
