Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Due to its exponential growth, the company has attracted investment from reputable investor, Sequoia Capital. Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently #1 skincare brand in ecommerce & modern trade with >2M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline / online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within South Asia region.
Job Description:
- Establish DevOps engineering best practices and be an advocate to spread DevOps culture in and out of the company.
- Apply security best practices to AWS infrastructure and fix security findings.
- Architect secure and maintainable Kubernetes clusters on AWS and implement reliable CI/CD pipelines to support the operation of our infrastructure and services.
- Identify and fix production issues at any level of infrastructure, cluster, network, and service.
- Observe and improve performance at any level of infrastructure, cluster, network, and service. Reduce infrastructure costs.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as DevOps, across infrastructure, administration, deployment, and development support.
- Bachelor's degree. (Preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology)
- Have expertise in CI/CD
- Have expertise with cloud monitoring, management systems, and Cloud automation experience (AWS)
- Understanding the needs and pitfalls of microservices architecture.
- Experience creating scalable. resilient and robust systems that use microservices architecture
- Possesses good problem-solving skills (able to identify problems and track them down to the source).
