Key Responsibilities
- Develop Community Outreach, Engagement Strategy, and execution design to attract and source the best Tech, Data, and Product Development Talents in Southeast Asia, Australia, and India.
- Develop talent market engagement programs to prominent campuses and student communities to promote Traveloka’s EVP.
- Observe and develop regular community performance analytics on EVP brand awareness and sentiment.
- Collaborating with the Learning and Development team to deploy and promote Traveloka Academy initiatives as Go-to Market activation..
- Conducts regular FGDs with community research to analyse talent market trends.
- Initiate regular alignments with the recruitment team to support their hiring prioritizations.
- Developing Monthly performance analysis and reporting for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or Industrial Engineering is preferable
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Community Relations and Engagement, Event Management, Partnerships, and Social Networking.
- Proven experience working in or a prominent Technology Company or with major Technology and Product Communities.
- Overseas graduates from the UK, United States, Australia, or Singapore is a plus.
- Have extensive network in Product Development and Technology Community and media in Indonesia and overseas
- Proven leadership experience in leading teams or communities.
