Senior Business Operations Associate (International Office)

What You'll Be Doing

• Support and collaborate with Sales Team Leaders to boost team’s performance by (including but not limited to): Driving special initiatives/projects (project management); tracking and monitoring performance; and performing data analysis and providing suggestion
• Design efficient sales tracking & reporting to support data-driven strategizing and decision making of Team Leaders
• Deliver ad-hoc data requests from key stakeholders
• Ensure good quality of data management through data policing (granularity, accuracy, and reliability)
• Pioneer tools & system roll out, implementation, and evaluation 
• Ensure a smooth adoption of system and SOP by on-ground team (high adoption rate)
• Act as the key person to support all stakeholders on the tools & system daily operation
• Identify ops-related problem and tackle the problem troubleshooting
• Act as the key person in cross-functional collaboration
• Improve the end-to-end business processes

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Business Intelligence or related fields
• You have the passion to learn about a business from the inside out and propel its growth
• You excel at critically analyzing large quantities of data and distilling these into actionable insights to drive business results
• You are process and systems-oriented; with good eyes and spirit of constant improvement
• You love data analysis but equally enjoy rolling up your sleeves and driving execution You have the ability to work with a high degree of urgency without sacrificing attention to detail
• You thrive when working cross-functionally and are comfortable managing various work streams simultaneously
• You are a team player – with a good balance of people and goal oriented mindset
• You possess an excellent stakeholder management skill – a strong communicator who can clearly articulate analytical findings and deliver the insights to key stakeholders
