Senior Business Analyst

Join Amartha as a Senior Business Analyst within our Partnership Lending business unit. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our productive and consumptive lending products. Your expertise in product/project management and analytics will be instrumental in driving our mission to deliver innovative financial solutions that empower our customers and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new lending products, including crafting commercials, marketing campaigns, and building products tailored to targeted consumer segments
• Recommend solutions to improve business efficiency and product offerings
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing lending products, identifying areas for improvement
• Conducting data analysis on our products to gain insights into customer behavior, trends, and business performance
• Development and launch of new lending products that meet or exceed performance targets Achievement of project milestones

• A Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• Deep understanding of consumer lending products
• Experience in lending or financial services (banks, P2Ps, mutifinances, etc), and familiar with product management & operations
• Preferably more than 2 year experience in business analytics, product owner, or product analyst
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, SQL skills are a strong plus
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
