Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive data analysis on our productive and consumptive lending products to gain insights into customer behavior, trends, and business performance
• Recommend solutions to improve business efficiency and product offerings
• Designing and implementing new lending products, including crafting commercials and building robust product models 
• Monitor product performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Accuracy and timeliness of data analysis and reporting
• Development and launch of new lending products that meet or exceed performance targets
• Achievement of project milestones

• A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science of related field from reputable university
• Preferably more than 2 year experience in data analytics or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience in financial services (banks, P2Ps, mutifinances, etc), and familiar with product & operations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
