Who are we?
Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Requirements
- Lead and participate in the design and implementation of business solutions
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans and procedures to improve company performance
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business
- Develop business cases to support strategic initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects and initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather business requirements and design solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis or related role
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing complex problems
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders
