THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED

What you’ll do:

  • First-time User & Retention Promotion: Implement marketing strategies to increase the number of FTU and order retention including creating promotion schemes for the Surabaya market.
  • User Campaign Initiative: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives for the Surabaya market, aimed at increasing user awareness, including program mechanism and flow, channel selection, creative direction, budget planning, and collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Driver Campaign Initiative: Responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing marketing programs for the Surabaya market to increase awareness for potential drivers, including creating program mechanisms and flow, channel selection, creative direction, program timeline, budget planning, and collaboration with the Driver Operation team.
  • Events Sponsorship: Responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, and review of event sponsorship within the Surabaya market with the objective of increasing the number of users including finding and securing a deal with the event organizers, creating sponsorship strategy and budget planning.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with external brands to increase awareness and acquisition efforts for both users and drivers, including creating partnership mechanisms and flow, timelines, MoU development, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business/ Marketing/ Communications major
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience as Partnerships/ Business Development/ Merchant Acquisitions Executive 
  • Experienced in doing activation and branding projects/ campaigns that involved collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Have a wide range of close contact networks of partners/ merchants/ brands preferably from various industries such as Food & Beverages, Groceries, Healthcare, SMEs Platform, Retail & Wholesale
  • Fluent in English is a must
