Job Description
You will join a highly vibrant and driven team to be part of the Revenue and Growth team for driving business initiatives, conducting market research or feasibility studies, developing financial models, and leading a domain or project that will expose you to working with various stakeholders on a wide range of topics including business, finance, product, marketing, and many more! You will be supervised by a Revenue and Growth Manager and have the opportunities to also work and learn directly from the VP of Business. Below are descriptions of the roles and responsibilities:
- Gain understanding of the detailed financial aspects of the business and be able to determine commercial implications and suggest required initiatives to be done within or adjacent to the business
- Be accountable for managing budget, suggesting and stress testing new initiatives that can be done to achieve the budget goals, including to drive course-corrective actions if necessary
- Perform deep dive analysis and identify new opportunities to running topics or business initiatives
- Lead coordination across different functions or divisions or departments for implementation of business initiatives, under limited supervision from Revenue and Growth Manager
- Prepare data and perform presentations to obtain buy-ins from other functions or divisions or departments
- Use judgement to identify opportunities and/or initiatives that considers a good balance between enjoying immediate business results vs. investing for future growth in business prioritization
- Manage multiple projects that might involve identifying various dependencies from other functions and influencing stakeholders
- Support Revenue and Growth Manager to drive and execute new business initiatives that are still at incubation stage
Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience
- Possess Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Finance or Business fields from top local or overseas universities with minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Financially sound, with proven ability to develop complex financial models and projection with sensitivity analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions with a good thinking structure or framework
- Good communication skills
- A quick and passionate learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic industry and take the learnings to the next level, bringing tangible business impacts
- Possess a strong drive to make things happen and making the world better through technology
