JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced data analytics associate with working knowledge of finance processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to gather, analyze and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports of merchant transactions and other burn expenses triggered by promotions such as cashbacks, discounts and so on. The role is key from the perspective of verifying essential transactions data across data sets, ensuring regular escalations of unreconciled transactions are conducted, and reporting metrics to the internal finance team.

Key results indicators for this role are:

- Use our internal tool to reconcile transactions to identify any merchant transactions that have not been settled to and from BukuWarung

- Accurate daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reporting

- Aim for maximum escalation / non-reconciliation closures

- Precise reporting of reconciliation metrics

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Gathering data from various sources for reconciliation
Obtaining product understanding to develop reconciliation logics
Managing escalations for unreconciled amount with our service providers

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration and statistics or a related field
3 years working experience in data analytics.
Skilled in data querying tools such as SQL and manipulation of spreadsheets
Ability to interpret large amounts of data
Understanding of financial processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with documentation, report writing
Self-starter and can work independently
Meticulous and attention to detail
Ability to work alongside multiple stakeholders and abide by daily SLAs
